The processes of assurance to the quality are determined by a regulatory framework that covers both national regulations as institutional arrangements. In Colombia, this framework is based on the norms established by the Ministry of National Education (MEN), the National Council of Accreditation (CNA) and other regulatory bodies, which define the criteria for ensuring the quality of higher education.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
