con fines de desarrollo regional.<\/p><p><strong>Objetivos espec\u00edficos del grupo:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Aplicar los principios y la teor\u00eda financiera a las necesidades de las organizaciones, para que sean soporte de una eficiente planeaci\u00f3n y toma de decisiones generadoras de valor.<\/li><li>Demostrar el inter\u00e9s por el estudio y la formaci\u00f3n en educaci\u00f3n financiera, como oportunidad de nuevos cambios de pensamiento y h\u00e1bitos de comportamiento de las personas con respecto al uso y administraci\u00f3n del dinero.<\/li><li>Emprender en el uso y aplicaci\u00f3n justify;\">El Grupo de Investigaci\u00f3n Innovaci\u00f3n Verde del programa de Ingenier\u00eda Mecatr\u00f3nica de la Fundaci\u00f3n Universitaria Agraria de Colombia &#8211; UNIAGRARIA se enmarca en las pol\u00edticas institucionales que promueven la investigaci\u00f3n como un pilar fundamental de su estrategia acad\u00e9mica y cient\u00edfica. En UNIAGRARIA, la investigaci\u00f3n se integra con la docencia y la proyecci\u00f3n social, fomentando una cultura investigativa que contribuye al desarrollo econ\u00f3mico, social y cultural del pa\u00eds. Este compromiso se refleja en los Estatutos institucionales, donde se establece la investigaci\u00f3n como una funci\u00f3n esencial, garantizando recursos para su fomento y desarrollo.<p>El grupo Innovaci\u00f3n Verde orienta sus esfuerzos en las l\u00edneas de Agricultura de Precisi\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n y Conversi\u00f3n de Energ\u00eda, desarrollando soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas innovadoras que potencian la sostenibilidad y la eficiencia en los sistemas productivos. Se han de tener presente los resultados, producto de las investigaciones, respecto de las organizaciones rurales y\/o regionales; sus procesos, tipos y estilos organizacionales, fortalezas, su cultura organizacional y\/o territorial, los logros alcanzados tanto en el campo del conocimiento como en sus objetivos y estrategias, identificando problemas y\/o necesidades y posibles soluciones. Esta l\u00ednea, fomenta, desde la investigaci\u00f3n, proyectos que de forma integral impulsen las organizaciones rurales hacia escenarios de innovaci\u00f3n como base para el fortalecimiento de la estructura social de las regiones.<\/p><p>La l\u00ednea parte de considerar la importancia de un modelo de gesti\u00f3n basado en la administraci\u00f3n y las finanzas, que considere como n\u00facleos probl\u00e9micos los impactos de las organizaciones en la sostenibilidad del ambiente y el comportamiento de las sociedades, en especial del sector primario. Entendiendo el emprendimiento como una cultura que en las organizaciones generan competitividad e incrementos en la riqueza de las mismas. Adem\u00e1s, se entiende el prop\u00f3sito del emprendimiento no solo como creaci\u00f3n de empresas sino como generador de valor en las empresas ya existentes (Uniagraria.
