{"id":49467,"date":"2025-04-29T16:39:13","date_gmt":"2025-04-29T21:39:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.uniagraria.edu.co\/?p=49467"},"modified":"2025-05-27T13:14:53","modified_gmt":"2025-05-27T18:14:53","slug":"estudiantes-de-ingenieria-agroindustrial-descubren-los-secretos-del-chocolate-de-clase-mundial-en-casa-luker","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uniagraria.edu.co\/en\/estudiantes-de-ingenieria-agroindustrial-descubren-los-secretos-del-chocolate-de-clase-mundial-en-casa-luker\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudiantes de Ingenier\u00eda Agroindustrial descubren los secretos del chocolate de clase mundial en Casa Luker"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mce_0\"><strong>Direcci\u00f3n de Comunicaciones UNIAGRARIA<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En un esfuerzo por acercar a los futuros profesionales al coraz\u00f3n de la industria alimentaria, un grupo de estudiantes de Ingenier\u00eda Agroindustrial e Ingenier\u00eda de Alimentos de la Fundaci\u00f3n Universitaria Agraria de Colombia (UNIAGRARIA) vivi\u00f3 una experiencia acad\u00e9mica \u00fanica durante su visita a la planta de Casa Luker, una de las empresas m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticas en la transformaci\u00f3n del cacao en Colombia.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el recorrido, los estudiantes exploraron los procesos tecnol\u00f3gicos y de calidad que convierten al cacao colombiano en productos reconocidos a nivel internacional. Desde el control de materia prima hasta la innovaci\u00f3n en los procesos de producci\u00f3n, la experiencia permiti\u00f3 a los j\u00f3venes conectar la teor\u00eda con la pr\u00e1ctica en un entorno industrial de alto nivel.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La visita no solo evidenci\u00f3 el compromiso de Casa Luker con la excelencia, sino tambi\u00e9n la visi\u00f3n educativa de UNIAGRARIA: formar l\u00edderes con enfoque empresarial, capaces de aportar al desarrollo sostenible, la seguridad alimentaria y la transformaci\u00f3n eficiente de materias primas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Este tipo de actividades son fundamentales para que nuestros estudiantes comprendan el impacto real de su formaci\u00f3n en el sector productivo&#8221;, expres\u00f3 un vocero de la universidad.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En un pa\u00eds donde el cacao representa una oportunidad creciente para el desarrollo rural y la econom\u00eda local, este acercamiento entre academia e industria se consolida como una apuesta estrat\u00e9gica para el fortalecimiento de la agroindustria
