{"id":78960,"date":"2025-11-04T17:55:57","date_gmt":"2025-11-04T22:55:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uniagraria.edu.co\/?p=78960"},"modified":"2025-11-04T17:55:57","modified_gmt":"2025-11-04T22:55:57","slug":"firma-de-carta-de-entendimiento-entre-la-defensoria-del-pueblo-y-el-observatorio-de-derecho-agrario-de-uniagraria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uniagraria.edu.co\/en\/firma-de-carta-de-entendimiento-entre-la-defensoria-del-pueblo-y-el-observatorio-de-derecho-agrario-de-uniagraria\/","title":{"rendered":"Firma de Carta de Entendimiento entre la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo y el Observatorio de Derecho Agrario de UNIAGRARIA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pasado 4 de septiembre se llev\u00f3 a cabo la firma de la Carta de Entendimiento entre la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo y el Observatorio de Derecho Agrario de UNIAGRARIA, un hecho de gran trascendencia que consolida un puente entre la academia y las entidades del Ministerio P\u00fablico en la defensa y garant\u00eda de los derechos en el sector rural colombiano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta alianza surge de la propuesta presentada por la Direcci\u00f3n del Observatorio de Derecho Agrario para la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Recursos y Acciones Judiciales de la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo. El proyecto fue seleccionado el 1 de marzo de 2025, en el marco de la convocatoria nacional a observatorios universitarios, y responde al Plan Estrat\u00e9gico Institucional 2025\u20132028 y al Dec\u00e1logo de Derechos definidos por la entidad, que priorizan ejes como la igualdad de g\u00e9nero, la protecci\u00f3n del ambiente, la construcci\u00f3n de paz, el acceso a tierras y territorios, as\u00ed como la defensa de l\u00edderes sociales y ambientales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Memorando de Entendimiento tiene como prop\u00f3sito fortalecer la investigaci\u00f3n, difusi\u00f3n y uso estrat\u00e9gico de las acciones constitucionales \u2013entre ellas las acciones populares y de grupo\u2013 como mecanismos fundamentales para la protecci\u00f3n de derechos colectivos en el \u00e1mbito agrario. Asimismo, busca promover el acceso a la justicia en el campo y aportar a la construcci\u00f3n de un marco jur\u00eddico y pol\u00edtico que impulse un desarrollo agrario sostenible y con justicia social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La firma reviste un car\u00e1cter especial, ya que el Observatorio de Derecho Agrario de UNIAGRARIA es el primer observatorio universitario en suscribir el acuerdo con la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo, junto con otras instituciones seleccionadas. Este logro refleja la rigurosidad acad\u00e9mica e investigativa del Observatorio y su compromiso con la transformaci\u00f3n de realidades rurales desde el derecho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De esta manera, UNIAGRARIA reafirma su vocaci\u00f3n institucional y acad\u00e9mica de contribuir a la defensa de los derechos humanos y colectivos, consolidando su papel como actor
