{"id":83353,"date":"2026-03-18T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-03-21T00:01:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uniagraria.edu.co\/?p=83353"},"modified":"2026-03-24T10:49:44","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T15:49:44","slug":"el-sector-floricultor-motor-de-la-economia-colombiana-y-escenario-de-aprendizaje-para-futurosas-ingenieros-as","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uniagraria.edu.co\/en\/el-sector-floricultor-motor-de-la-economia-colombiana-y-escenario-de-aprendizaje-para-futurosas-ingenieros-as\/","title":{"rendered":"El sector floricultor: motor de la econom\u00eda colombiana y escenario de aprendizaje para futuros(as) ingenieros (as)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"83353\" class=\"elementor elementor-83353\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d0a8a0b e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"d0a8a0b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fcdc42f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fcdc42f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Con el objetivo de acercar a los estudiantes a uno de los sectores agroindustriales m\u00e1s importantes del pa\u00eds, los estudiantes de primeros semestres de Ingenier\u00eda Agroindustrial, Ingenier\u00eda Ambiental e Ingenier\u00eda de Alimentos de la Fundaci\u00f3n Universitaria Agraria de Colombia-UNIAGRARIA realizaron una visita acad\u00e9mica a la empresa exportadora de flores Ayur\u00e1 SAS.<\/p><p>Durante la jornada, los(as) futuros(as) ingenieros(as) pudieron conocer de primera mano c\u00f3mo funciona una industria que posiciona a Colombia como uno de los principales exportadores de flores del mundo y que genera miles de empleos en el pa\u00eds.<\/p><p>Uno de los momentos m\u00e1s enriquecedores fue el recorrido por las \u00e1reas de cultivo y manejo postcosecha de clavel, donde los estudiantes observaron c\u00f3mo la ciencia, la ingenier\u00eda y la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica se integran para garantizar flores de alta calidad para los mercados internacionales. Desde el manejo del cultivo en invernadero hasta los procesos de selecci\u00f3n, clasificaci\u00f3n, empaque y conservaci\u00f3n, se evidenci\u00f3 el uso de tecnolog\u00edas avanzadas y buenas pr\u00e1cticas productivas que hacen de esta empresa un referente del sector.<\/p><p>Este tipo de experiencias permite que los estudiantes comprendan que la ingenier\u00eda no solo se aprende en el aula, sino tambi\u00e9n en contacto directo con la industria y los procesos reales que impulsan la econom\u00eda del pa\u00eds.<\/p><p>El campo, la tecnolog\u00eda y la innovaci\u00f3n necesitan nuevos(as) ingenieros(as).
