Rub\u00e9n Alberto Lozano Gil y Dr. Dumas Oviedo Pereira, los futuros profesionales recorrieron un sistema productivo altamente tecnificado, donde cada detalle cuenta y cada proceso tiene impacto global. Desde los cultivos en invernadero hasta las sofisticadas operaciones de poscosecha, clasificaci\u00f3n y empaque, la jornada permiti\u00f3 conectar la teor\u00eda con la realidad de una industria que mueve millones y posiciona a Colombia en los mercados internacionales.<\/p><p>Pero m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la log\u00edstica y la producci\u00f3n, lo que realmente captur\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n de los estudiantes fue la ciencia detr\u00e1s de cada flor. Procesos de biotecnolog\u00eda aplicada, mejoramiento gen\u00e9tico, control biol\u00f3gico de plagas y estrategias de innovaci\u00f3n evidenciaron c\u00f3mo la ingenier\u00eda agroindustrial se convierte en el motor que impulsa la sostenibilidad y la competitividad del sector.<\/p><p>\u201cEsto no se limita la producci\u00f3n primaria, es ingenier\u00eda de alto nivel aplicada a sistemas reales\u201d, comentaron algunos estudiantes al cierre de la jornada, que incluy\u00f3 un espacio de reflexi\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica sobre los aprendizajes obtenidos y el papel transformador de la formaci\u00f3n universitaria.<\/p><p>Experiencias como esta dejan un mensaje claro para las nuevas generaciones: estudiar Ingenier\u00eda Agroindustrial en UNIAGRARIA no es quedarse en el aula, es abrir la puerta a escenarios reales donde la tecnolog\u00eda, la sostenibilidad y la innovaci\u00f3n se encuentran para cambiar el mundo.<\/p><p>Hoy, m\u00e1s que nunca, el pa\u00eds necesita j\u00f3venes que quieran liderar la transformaci\u00f3n del campo con visi\u00f3n global.
