El programa de Maestr\u00eda en Ingenier\u00eda relaciona una formaci\u00f3n integral, que permite promover el impulso de la competitividad del sector rural a trav\u00e9s de la interdisciplinariedad aplicada al reconocimiento del campo como una fuente de crecimiento y desarrollo para el pa\u00eds.<\/p><p>El \u00e9nfasis de profundizaci\u00f3n en Inocuidad Agroalimentaria busca proporcionar herramientas de estudio de las necesidades de seguridad alimentaria, vigilancia de enfermedades transmitidas por los alimentos, as\u00ed como de la normatividad vigente para el acceso a mercados
