Este proyecto busca establecer las competencias de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Agraria y Rural y dictar disposiciones relacionadas con la materia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En representaci\u00f3n de UNIAGRARIA, estuvo presente el decano de la Facultad de Ciencias Jur\u00eddicas y Sociales, Dr. Johnny Alexander Uribe Ochoa, quien present\u00f3 una importante proposici\u00f3n para modificar el art\u00edculo 4 del proyecto de ley. La propuesta de UNIAGRARIA hace \u00e9nfasis en la necesidad de integrar y priorizar los principios fundamentales de la Constituci\u00f3n, los tratados internacionales agrarios, y la Ley 160 de 1994, permitiendo una interpretaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia y acorde a los derechos agrarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">UNIAGRARIA sugiri\u00f3 que, adem\u00e1s del control legal y constitucional, los jueces y magistrados de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Agraria y Rural puedan aplicar el control de convencionalidad, lo que permite una mayor protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de los sujetos de especial protecci\u00f3n constitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La audiencia tambi\u00e9n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de la Ministra de Agricultura, Martha Viviana Carvajalino Villegas, quien destac\u00f3 la importancia de fortalecer la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Agraria y Rural como parte del compromiso del gobierno con el desarrollo del sector agrario en Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El documento completo con la proposici\u00f3n presentada por UNIAGRARIA est\u00e1 disponible en los archivos adjuntos, donde se detalla la modificaci\u00f3n sugerida al art\u00edculo 4 del proyecto de ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta intervenci\u00f3n subraya el compromiso de UNIAGRARIA con la justicia agraria y su contribuci\u00f3n a un marco normativo que garantice la efectividad de los derechos agrarios y rurales en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=9UdJDULMFC4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Puede ver la audiencia p\u00fablica completa Sobre Proyecto de Ley 183 de 2024.
