{"id":49823,"date":"2025-05-10T13:01:52","date_gmt":"2025-05-10T18:01:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.uniagraria.edu.co\/?p=49823"},"modified":"2025-05-27T09:46:12","modified_gmt":"2025-05-27T14:46:12","slug":"uniagraria-fue-sede-del-ii-congreso-de-derecho-agrario-2025-otto-morales-benitez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uniagraria.edu.co\/es\/uniagraria-fue-sede-del-ii-congreso-de-derecho-agrario-2025-otto-morales-benitez\/","title":{"rendered":"UNIAGRARIA fue sede del II Congreso de Derecho Agrario 2025 \u201cOtto Morales Ben\u00edtez\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mce_0\"><strong>Direcci\u00f3n de Comunicaciones UNIAGRARIA<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Del 5 al 8 de mayo de 2025, se llev\u00f3 a cabo en Bogot\u00e1 el Segundo Congreso de Derecho Agrario \u201cOtto Morales Ben\u00edtez\u201d, una iniciativa desarrollada en el marco de los 25 a\u00f1os del Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n Libertad y Pensamiento Otto Morales Ben\u00edtez (CENTOTTO), con el prop\u00f3sito de analizar los avances, retos y perspectivas del Derecho Agrario y Ambiental en Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este importante encuentro acad\u00e9mico, en donde participaron estudiantes, docentes y directivos del programa de Derecho de UNIAGRARIA Bogot\u00e1 y Facatativ\u00e1, liderados por la Dra. Ingrid Lorena Quintero, abord\u00f3 como eje central la &#8220;Panor\u00e1mica hist\u00f3rica del derecho agrario y ambiental&#8221;, y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n activa de tres destacadas instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior del pa\u00eds: la Fundaci\u00f3n Universitaria Agraria de Colombia \u2013 UNIAGRARIA, la Universidad Externado de Colombia y la Universidad Nacional de Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">UNIAGRARIA fue sede de una de las jornadas m\u00e1s significativas del Congreso, presentando el tema \u201cLa asociatividad como medio de desarrollo rural territorial y competitividad\u201d, donde se resalt\u00f3 el papel de las organizaciones rurales y su impacto en la sostenibilidad y dinamizaci\u00f3n del campo colombiano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, la Universidad Externado de Colombia desarroll\u00f3 la tem\u00e1tica \u201cRetos jur\u00eddicos frente a las nuevas figuras del ordenamiento rural del territorio\u201d, reflexionando sobre los desaf\u00edos normativos que plantea la transformaci\u00f3n del campo en el contexto contempor\u00e1neo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, la Universidad Nacional de Colombia cerr\u00f3 el evento con el tema \u201cUniversalidad de las normas de Derecho Agrario y su incidencia en el ejercicio de los derechos humanos\u201d, proponiendo una mirada integral del derecho agrario desde una perspectiva de equidad y justicia social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">UNIAGRARIA, fiel a su compromiso con el desarrollo rural sostenible y la construcci\u00f3n de pensamiento jur\u00eddico innovador, celebra estos espacios de di\u00e1logo interinstitucional que promueven la formaci\u00f3n cr\u00edtica, la investigaci\u00f3n y el fortalecimiento del Derecho Agrario en Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
