para la Construcci\u00f3n del Sistema de Abastecimiento Regional Agroalimentario (SARA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El programa de Ingenier\u00eda de Alimentos de UNIAGRARIA tuvo una destacada participaci\u00f3n en el Primer Taller para la Construcci\u00f3n del Sistema de Abastecimiento Regional Agroalimentario (SARA), un espacio estrat\u00e9gico que busca fortalecer la seguridad alimentaria y el desarrollo sostenible en la Regi\u00f3n Metropolitana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este evento, organizado con el acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico de la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentaci\u00f3n y la Agricultura (FAO), reuni\u00f3 a diversos actores del territorio \u2014incluyendo instituciones acad\u00e9micas, autoridades locales, organizaciones del sector productivo y sociedad civil\u2014 con el objetivo de sentar las bases para el diagn\u00f3stico del sistema de abastecimiento agroalimentario de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La presencia activa del programa de Ingenier\u00eda de Alimentos reafirma el compromiso de UNIAGRARIA con la construcci\u00f3n de territorios sostenibles, resilientes y articulados en torno a una alimentaci\u00f3n justa, saludable y accesible para todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1
