Se discutieron estrategias clave para impulsar sistemas agroalimentarios sostenibles, promover la inclusi\u00f3n de la agricultura campesina, familiar, \u00e9tnica y comunitaria (ACFEC), y fomentar pr\u00e1cticas responsables con el ambiente desde la producci\u00f3n hasta el consumo.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"uk-container uk-container-xsmall\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">En representaci\u00f3n de UNIAGRARIA, los Centros de Pensamiento en cabeza de Leonor Ayde\u00e9 Hern\u00e1ndez Ahumada y Sandra Patricia Amado Z\u00fa\u00f1iga participaron activamente en los espacios de discusi\u00f3n, aportando una visi\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica comprometida con la sostenibilidad, la soberan\u00eda alimentaria y el fortalecimiento de capacidades locales en torno a la alimentaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica. Su intervenci\u00f3n e interacci\u00f3n en el taller, se centr\u00f3 en resaltar el papel de la educaci\u00f3n superior en la transformaci\u00f3n de los entornos alimentarios, especialmente desde una perspectiva agroecol\u00f3gica y territorial.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"uk-container uk-container-xsmall\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agradecemos a la FAO por abrir este valioso espacio de di\u00e1logo y
