Este webinar reuni\u00f3 a destacados panelistas nacionales que reflexionaron sobre el papel de la comunicaci\u00f3n como herramienta para la defensa de los derechos humanos, la construcci\u00f3n de paz y la transformaci\u00f3n de los territorios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El encuentro fue moderado por la docente e investigadora Leni Murcia Naranjo, directora del Observatorio de Derecho Agrario, quien destac\u00f3 la importancia de reconocer los lenguajes, expresiones y narrativas propias de los territorios como formas leg\u00edtimas de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y acci\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El panel cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de Eliana Wiesner, economista, escritora y representante legal de la Fundaci\u00f3n Cultural Llano Adentro, quien comparti\u00f3 su experiencia en la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas con enfoque de g\u00e9nero y comunicaci\u00f3n comunitaria. Nicol\u00e1s Garc\u00eda, mag\u00edster en Gerencia del Desarrollo, profundiz\u00f3 en el v\u00ednculo entre la sostenibilidad, la inclusi\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero y los procesos comunicativos en comunidades rurales. Cielo Navarro, abogada especialista en Derecho de los Negocios Internacionales, analiz\u00f3 el papel del derecho privado en la garant\u00eda de derechos colectivos y en la creaci\u00f3n de alianzas para el desarrollo local. Diana Escobar, docente coinvestigadora en ciencias naturales, abord\u00f3 la relaci\u00f3n entre biodiversidad, educaci\u00f3n ambiental y comunicaci\u00f3n para la conservaci\u00f3n. Finalmente, el abogado y escritor Luis Carlos Cepeda resalt\u00f3 el papel de la escritura, la cr\u00f3nica y el periodismo en la defensa de la verdad y la memoria de los pueblos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la transmisi\u00f3n en vivo por Facebook Live, los panelistas coincidieron en que la comunicaci\u00f3n es un eje central para la defensa de los derechos humanos y la construcci\u00f3n de paz en los territorios, pues permite visibilizar las problem\u00e1ticas locales, fortalecer la identidad cultural y promover la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana desde la palabra, el arte y la educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El espacio concluy\u00f3 con un llamado a continuar articulando esfuerzos acad\u00e9micos, culturales y sociales que integren la investigaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica con la acci\u00f3n comunitaria y el enfoque de derechos humanos. Con esta iniciativa, UNIAGRARIA reafirma su compromiso con la educaci\u00f3n transformadora, la equidad y la construcci\u00f3n de una paz territorial sostenida desde el di\u00e1logo y la
