General Objective: Form professionals skilled in management and business administration, with a systemic and sustainable, able to propose innovative solutions and strategies that contribute to the integral development of the rural sector, agro-industrial and regional levels, to promote social responsibility and care for the environment.
Specific Objectives:
- To develop in students analytical skills and leadership that enable them to make effective decisions, ethical, and responsible in contexts of business and social, both at local and international level.
- Fostering competence in the use of digital tools and technology, including artificial intelligence and models of innovative management, to optimize processes, and promote the digital transformation in organizations.
- To promote applied research and entrepreneurship to generate proposals, sustainable, innovative and socially responsible, which will boost the economic and social development of the rural sector and agribusiness.
- Enhance the integral formation of the students, strengthening values of social responsibility, respect for the environment and a spirit of service, to facilitate the construction of sustainable organizations and responsible in their environment.
The Business Manager of UNIAGRARIA is a professional with ability to manage and own businesses in an effective way. Has the ability to lead teams to work towards the transformation and achievement of strategic results for the Organization.
