Route of training for research

The training for the research has gained traction in the last decade, taking into account that the culture of research in the country has increased its interest on the part of the government, shows, what are the policies at the national level have been drawn up for this purpose as the Ten-year Education Plan 2016-2026, where in its tenth challenge is the promotion of the research that will lead to the generation of knowledge in all levels of education.
Likewise, in the framework of the decree 1330 for records skilled seeks to evidence the transversality of the research, it is for this reason that posits that institutions are those that, from their identity, typology, nature and levels of training, shall be of the intensity in which you are going to promote research for the development of knowledge, attitudes and skills that enable the solution of problems of disciplinary, interdisciplinary, professional or technical support.

The Training path for the Research is an academic path that seeks to strengthen the culture of research at the institutional level, through the joint with the curriculum, for this, we propose 4 strategies that complement each other:
- The research component in the curriculum
- The Seedlings of research
- Options grade
- Young researchers

Component of research in the curriculum
The plan of study is a component of the curriculum, where the research training is structured to be designed as cross-sectional component that underlies the activity of the teaching and learning of the students. For this reason, all of the academic programs of undergraduate in curricular design, incorporating the research component in the framework of the core basic training that is shown, not only in the courses of Introduction to research, Research Methodology, Research Seminar, Choice grade, but in addition the courses themselves of disciplines that make up the exploration and experimentation as a learning elements (Uniagraria, 2021)
Similarly, in the courses of Basic Sciences, the research component is achieved through the projects in the classroom, which contribute to the development of skills research, preparing students for your application through the courses pertaining to discipline.

Seeders research
The strategy of the Seedlings is implemented in the institution and is legalized from the year 2010, supported by the agreement. 335 of the February 21, 2006, the supreme Council adopted the policy of research and on seedlings of research indicates that: “With the purpose of promoting the culture of research and strengthen the research, the institution includes the following strategies, among others: “the Creation of Hotbeds of Research. Aiming at promoting the culture of research in the institution” (Uniagraria, 2021).
Options grade
It consists in making the record, presentation, development, and evaluation of the various options of degree, with the aim of facilitating the professional qualifications and posgradual of the students of Uniagraria, as well as contribute to the processes of quality in the production of intellectual students.
