The interaction between the OFTIC and the business, public and community of the country is given by means of consulting, technical consulting, and continuing education.

To provide the public and private institutions, consultancies and advisories integral in the field of civil engineering that allow the solution of problems and to promote the regional development as the axis mission of the institution by means of a program of extension: “Uniagraria the Field”.
