The procedure of registration to UNIAGRARIA starts with filling out the online form.
The requirements for entry to undergraduate programmes are:
- Having presented the evidence of State, or their equivalent to graduates from abroad, which requires, as a minimum, an average of thirty-one points (31) in the areas of the common core, for those submitted after the year 2000. To ensure equity in the income, the state tests submitted in the second semester of the year 2010, will be compared with the areas of the current test. If the State tests were presented before the year 2000, the minimum score for admission is 214 points.
- Fill out the pre-registration form online. (Enter by Clicking here)
- Pay the registration fees in the banks authorized by UNIAGRARIA, by PSE or with a credit or debit card in the office of portfolio of the institution. This cost is non-refundable.
Scheduling the interview
Once completed the form, our Contact Center will contact the applicant to schedule the interview.
The aspirant must be submitted to the Facilities of the Contact Center fifteen minutes before the time set for the interview, with the purpose of provide you with the guidance in question.
Admission criteria
In UNIAGRARIA have defined the following requirements for admission:
- Attend the interview on the date and time established by the Institution.
- Present at the time of the appointment interview the receipt of payment of the registration fee and the result of the State tests “Tests to Know 11”.
It has been established that the human condition and the performance during the interview are the most important factors to enter the Institution. For this reason, the results of the tests to Know 11 shall be a percentage of 40% and the performance during the interview 60% of the total of the results of admission.
In the interview, it will take into account aspects such as the interest and the information that the applicant about the program of your choice, and knowledge in relation to the pillars of the Institution (conservation of the environment, entrepreneurship, and development of the regions). Likewise, it is observed the sense of responsibility and commitment to the activities of your personality.
Modalities of admission
Are modalities of admission to the academic programs of undergraduate, the following:
The applicant must cancel the value of the enrolment in the banks allocated by the Institution in the enrollment guide or evaluate the alternatives of financing with the Institution.
Admission for the first time.
It is that in which the applicant has complied with the regulatory requirements and selection is supported for the first time to the academic program for undergraduates who applied
Admission for reinstatement.
Reinstatement is the voluntary act by which the institution supports back to a person who was linked to academically UNIAGRARIA in quality of student.
Admission by internal transfer.
The admission by internal transfer or program change is the transfer of a student from an academic program undergraduate another undergraduate within the same Institution.
Publication of the results of admission
The publication of the results will be reported to the applicants through e-mail and the institutional portal of UNIAGRARIA (Registration Form). In addition, the Institution through their agents of the Contact Center will be informing applicants of the results of the admissions process.

Registration
Once payment is made, the applicant (or new external transfer) must submit the following documentation within the time limits set out in the admissions area:
- Photocopy of the identification document expanded to 150%.
- Photocopy of the diploma or certificate of degree or its equivalent for degrees granted in foreign countries in accordance with the rules that exist in Colombia
- Photocopy of the identification card or certification of the EPS to which you must be enrolled as a contributor or beneficiary, in its absence, the SISBEN.
- Photocopy of the identity card (optional).
Note: With the recording, the interview and the cancellation of the respective monetary value, the applicant will not acquire any right in front of the institution
After checking the documents, the Office of Registration and Academic oversight delivers the student's identity card.
Note: Not provided by the licence, or is it allows the registration of subjects without the compliance of the requirements listed above.
Other methods of payment are performed in the facilities of Uniagraria, for which it has provided in the registration periods Room for Financial Support.
The processes of registration, selection and admission to the postgraduate programmes are coordinated by the director of each program and conform to the requirements established by the Regulations of the Student and the General Regulation of Graduate studies.
It is a requirement for entry to graduate programs:
- Have the professional title.
- Fill out the pre-registration form on the website of the Institution, which you can find in this link.
- Pay the registration fee in the bank authorized by UNIAGRARIA, by PSE or with a credit or debit card in the office of portfolio of the institution. This cost is non-refundable.
- Coordinate with the direction of the program the date and time of the interview.
Admission criteria
To be admitted to the programs of Specialization, the directors of the graduate have in mind:
- The fulfillment of the requirements for registration.
- The documents submitted by the applicant.
- The presentation of the interview. This process is oriented to identify and assess the potential of applicants. The interview has a score of one (1) to one hundred (100), where each question has a weight; the data are recorded in a file, and select the highest score, according to the quota of the graduate.

Funding alternatives
The Institution has currently the following methods of payment:
- Electronic payment PES.
- Debit and credit cards.
- Short-term credit in partnership with Fincomercio, Helm.
- Credit medium term, in alliance with Icetex and Sufi of Bancolombia.
- Long-term credit Icetex.
- Direct credit.
All proceedings before the Icetex, should be made on the web page www.icetex.gov.co on the dates set by the Institute.
Other payment alternatives will be carried out in the facilities of Uniagraria, for which it has provided in the registration periods room for financial support.
