The specialization is aimed at professionals who develop activities related to the combined management of quality, environment and occupational hazards in manufacturing or service, public or private sector, and in general, professionals from various fields, interested in acquire knowledge that will enable them to plan, implement, verify, and improve the management systems in an integrated way. Decision making: observe, discover, and analyses critically deficiencies in different situations, defined alternatives and implement the right solutions and timely Ability to work in a team: strengthens teams, integrates them, and provides knowledge,ideas and experiences, in order to define collective goals and establish roles and responsibilities to carry out a coordinated work with others. Adapting to change: motivating, leading, and adapts to change in organizations.
On October 27, 1993, the Fundación Universitaria Agraria de Colombia, UNIAGRARIA inaugurated the Program of Postgraduate and Continuing Education with Specialization in Quality Assurance. Maintaining a consistent policy Management on the topics related to his field of action.
In August 2000 updated the curricular structure of the Specialization, in accordance with the guidelines of the ISO 9000 version 2000, changing in consequence, the name by specializing in Systems of Quality Management.
Then, in April of 2006, in the light of the new international trends, the Program once again redesign the Curriculum, guiding him towards the integration of the models ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, reaching to offer the Specialization in Integrated Management Systems of Quality, Environment and Occupational Risk Prevention with the approval of the Ministry of National Education, Resolution No. 3396 dated June 25, 2007. To date UNIAGRARIA has graduated 36 promotions of Specialty in its different scopes.
- Interprets the models of management, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. in a comprehensive manner, to ensure the achievement of the goals of the individuals and of the organization through the design, implementation, management, evaluation and improvement of the same.
- Interacts with stakeholders of the organization, and you receive, questions, and interprets and supports the ideas proposed, considering various perspectives with a spirit pluralistic, open and participatory.
- Knows, understands and handles efficiently and effectively tools, statistics and computing required for the lifting, fitness and consolidation of information for the functioning of the integrated systems and the monitoring of the management indicators to assess the performance of the processes and of the organization.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement, to analyze and to propose actions that generate competitiveness and sustainability in the organization.
- Identifies and analyzes, from the perspective of applied research, problems, and needs organizational, sectoral or national level in the field of integrated management systems, under the models ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and makes running a research project to your solution.
- Develops, directs and executes the plans and programmes of education and training in integrated management systems, under the models ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Recognize opportunities e business ideas, projects business unit, taking into account their component elements and the plasma in a plan of action that provides for the achievement of strategies and resources leading to the generation of potential consulting firms.
- Identifies the drivers of risk in organizations, discusses its impact, and proposes, coordinates, and evaluates their management, in order to achieve the minimization of irrigation in a comprehensive way.
