The procedural law in Colombia in general and in agrarian Law in a particular way, constitutes an opportunity in one of the debts that the formation posgradual have in the educational system. The absence offer a Specialization program in Procedural Law Agriculture in the current educational system, it is a valuable opportunity for the Faculty of juridical and Social Sciences of the Fundación Universitaria Agraria de Colombia – UNIAGRARIA, as it allows for an offer posgradual, also has a positive impact on a field that has been little explored, and that is projected as a felt need to consolidate the new jurisdiction agrarian. A post-graduate diploma in procedural agriculture, contributed to the formation of professionals that attend to the realities deepest of the colombian countryside in connection with the agrarian issues such as Procedure, Administrative law, agrarian, administrative Proceedings agricultural special, Civil Processes of Nature Agrarian, Social Order, and Productive Rural Property, Studies of Titles of Rural Property, Jurisdiction, Agrarian and rural.
Contribute to the development of legal professionals, areas of knowledge of the social sciences and professionals interested in the search for legal solutions in the agricultural sector and rural areas, from the Procedural Law.
The Specialization program in Procedural Law Agriculture will be a major reference point for the contribution you make to the solution of legal problems of the agricultural sector and rural areas by training specialists with high expertise in the procedural law.
